IMPORTANT: The waiting time can increase in periods of great sales, such as: Black Friday or Christmas.

Take this into account when placing your order. If it's a small gift, consider Expedited Shipping as the best shipping option.  

On the other hand, given the COVID-19 pandemic, most shipping companies advise that waiting times may be longer than usual. We attach its corresponding tracking number to each shipment in order to be aware of the location of your package.  

SHIPPING POLICY

1. The shipment is made the first business day after the formalization of the purchase .​ Therefore, if the order is placed on a Friday, the shipment will be issued on the next first business day / non-holiday. In the event that the order is placed on a Friday morning, we will do our best to ship it the same day.  

2. The delivery time for personalized products will be longer than for other products (2 - 3 days to make your jewel and then send it). Keep this in mind when placing your order and keep in touch with us if you have any questions about it.

 

3. In case of delay in delivery, please contact us and we will monitor the status of the shipment. In no case will we be responsible for delays , since they are errors of the transport company.

4. TARANNÀ is not responsible for failed shipments due to errors in the destination address provided by the User.

6.​ If you are not present on the day of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with information about the post office where the package must be picked up. If it is not picked up within the period indicated by Correos, the package will be returned to our offices. If this happens, we will contact you: if you want us to resend it, you will have to pay the shipping costs; if not, the amount of the product will be refunded.

7. We are not responsible for the payment of customs duties that may be imposed by the country of destination to deliver the package. In the European Union there are usually no extra taxes, since the product is already within the community.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changes and returns are valid during the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, as stipulated in Spain by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.  
 

  1. We only accept returns of products shipped within the European Union.
     

  2. Before making a change or a return, we must receive the product at our postal address :

    It is very important that you put the indicated name as the recipient.
     

  3. Changes or returns of damaged products or with visible signs of use are not accepted. Before making a shipment, we make sure to select pieces in perfect condition that we wrap carefully so that they arrive at their destination correctly. 

    ATTENTION: Silver is a malleable material. If you are going to try on a bracelet that you have received, make sure not to deform it when adjusting it to the size of your wrist. Similarly, some hoop-type earrings can be adjusted to the client's taste. Make sure you want to keep your purchase before modifying it to your liking. If we notice any alteration, the return of the product will not be accepted.
     

  4. We recommend sending the products to be returned well packaged, in good condition and in their original box or packaging. If it does not reach our hands, we will not be responsible for the change or return. If we receive the product out of its original packaging (for example, a cloth gift bag), we reserve the right to deduct it from the value to be returned (€2).  
     

  5. If possible, please provide a tracking number for the return/exchange shipment.
     

  6. In the rare event that we accept product returns from outside the European Union, please mark the item as "RETURNED PRODUCTS" to avoid customs duties. We are not responsible for any customs tax levied on returned packages.
     

  7. In no case will we be responsible for the shipping costs of the items that you want to return. In case you make a return of all your goods and you had a free shipping, we will discount if from the import returned. The same will happen if you make a parcial return and you return the items that made you have a free shipping.

    In the case of changes, exclusively with orders from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, we share expenses: the customer must bear the cost of shipping the returned product and that he wants to change and we will bear the cost of reshipment with the new product. This is applicable only in the event that the first shipment was not free for the customer.
        

    If it is a change of an order outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, we will not be responsible for the expenses derived from the procedure.

    We hope, in the future, to be able to make completely free exchanges and returns... At the moment, it is very expensive and we cannot afford it :(
     
     

  8. Personalized or custom-made products are not subject to this return and exchange policy .
     

  9. In the case of returns, if the payment method has been Paypal, the refund time to your Paypal account will depend exclusively on Paypal. We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the returned items and verify that they are in perfect condition.
